Returns Policy

Hope that you’re pleased with your Venshie purchase, but in case you’re not, here’s our return policy:

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return at your own cost. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. It is recommended that a tracked shipping method is used to return your item with a proof of purchase. 

Exceptions:

Orders placed with additional customisations are non-refundable e.g. name personalisation add-ons

To start a return, contact hello@venshie.com to receive instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Refunds Processing
You'll be notified once your return has been received and inspected. Refunds (excluding delivery fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please note that the refund processing times of your bank or credit card company are out of Venshie's control.

International Returns:

Please ensure you mark your returned parcel as returned goods with the UK as the country of origin. If fees are incurred from your international return they will be deducted from your refund total.

Issues
In the event that you experience issues with your purchase, contact hello@venshie.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges
Venshie does not offer exchanges. To ensure you get your desired item, you will need to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
